Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sketchies. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of Service

Sketchies allows users to generate printable coloring pages and artistic line drawings using artificial intelligence (AI). Users can create artwork from written prompts and, in future updates, may upload images for conversion. Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and updated information, keep your login details secure, and accept responsibility for any activity under your account.

4. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sketchies for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of Sketchies without written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, software, and designs are owned by Common Table Lab Inc. Users own their generated artwork for personal use. You may print and share your creations but may not resell or redistribute them commercially without written approval.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Sketchies may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. All billing is handled through the App Store, and refund policies follow App Store terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Sketchies to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate or upload harmful, obscene, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the Service
• Attempt to exploit the AI system to produce unlawful or unsafe material

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will end immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common Table Lab Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Common Table Lab Inc., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of Sketchies or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
